Music Production for Beginners with Ableton Live – WARSZTATY z BARZO (Costa Rica)

Barzo to pochodzący z Kostaryki DJ i producent, mający w swojej ponad 12-letniej karierze muzycznej wiele realizacji i występów live. W swoich mixach swobodnie przemieszcza się pomiędzy różnymi gatunkami muzycznymi.

Podczas 8-letniego pobytu w Europie jego muzykę wydawały takie wytwórnie jak Spinnin’ Records, Armada Music czy DIM MAK. Od 2009 roku produkuje muzykę elektroniczną z wykorzystaniem Ableton Live. Z ponad setką produkcji w topowych wytwórniach, BARZO szybko zyskał uwagę uznanych DJów, takich jak Tiësto, Dimitri Vegas & Like Mike, Knife Party, The Crystal Method czy Paul Oakenfold.

Znany jest też z oficjalnych remixów takich artystów, jak Bob Sinclar, Erykah Badu, Boy George, A-Trak & Dillon i wielu innych.
Dzielił scenę m.in. z Justinem Bieberem, Calvinem Harrisem, J Balvinem i Skrillex.

Kilka lat temu powrócił do Kostaryki, gdzie rozwija swój artystyczny dorobek jako szef niezależnej wytwórni Lácteo Cósmico.


Music Production with Ableton Live – warsztaty z BARZO (Costa Rica) w języku angielskim

Description:

Ableton Live is a music software that has transformed the way thousands of musicians record, produce and perform around the world. In this workshop for beginners, we will go through the basic steps of music production: from programming drum patterns to MIDI arrangements, passing through the main effects used in most songs (Reverb, Delay, Compression, etc). After going through the basics, we’ll explore in depth an Ableton session of a fully finished song by Barzo, going through all the instruments and elements within. By the end of this masterclass, participants will have a better understanding of music production and the first steps to take in the path of recording their first song.
